Due date

This is my last time signing up for a tuition payment plan.  This is the last first payment of the semester. However, it is not the last time I thank my mother. College is expensive. Sickenly expensive. So why did I do it? I did it, because I had been cleaning houses for as long as I could remember. I wanted a better shot of never needing to do it again. Now that I am almost out I realize that the bills are gonna come, and at the end of the day someone is going to paying them. One day I really hope that I can do it on my own,  but truthfully today is not that day. I look back at my mother who goes to work every day doing the one thing I am trying to avoid to pay for my opportunity. And I don't tell her enough how thankful I am.  When I walk down the runway, and across the stage in may I will not be celebrating my success. Honestly, I will celebrate hers.
